Cancel an order before dispatch
Sign in and open My Orders. The cancellation action is available while an order is Payment Pending or Confirmed. Select the items you want to cancel and review the amount and available refund destination before confirming. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled through this action.
Questions about a delivered item
For a damaged, incorrect or missing item, keep your order number, item details and photos ready and use the available contact details. Return or exchange eligibility must be confirmed for the item and reason. Please check applicable conditions before placing an order.
Refund destinations
The cancellation screen shows the available refund destinations for your payment. Wallet amounts return to the wallet. Eligible online payments can be refunded to the destination selected during cancellation. Original payment refunds require processing by the payment provider and bank.
Track the outcome
Your order details show cancelled items, refund amounts and payment status. For a refund enquiry, provide your order number and the payment or refund reference shown there. Visit Customer Support for more help.
